Key responsibilities include: Managing a well-kept residential portfolio across Sydney Providing strategic guidance and operational support to Owners Corporations and BMCs Taking a proactive approach to building maintenance, issue resolution, and long-term asset planning Ensuring compliance with current legislation and strata regulations Building strong relationships with owners, committee members, contractors, and stakeholders Acting as the primary point of contact and delivering clear, professional communication About you: To succeed in this position, you will be a confident strata professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and prides yourself on providing exceptional service.
